We just received a lovely bear hug from Bobby Byrd, and so did Janine Pommy Vega, all together. It immediately reminds me of a Southern Proverb that I share from Travis Ball, another old friend from the south: “If you want to travel fast, walk alone. If you want to travel far, walk together.”
