Starting on the piano at age 7, R&B & jazz singer Georgie Fame was born in the UK. In the 60s Georgie Fame and the Blue Flames were the only UK act asked to perform with the first Motown Review when it flew into London. As a solo artist, he has played with everyone since. On this song, Fame takes his friend Van Morrison's classic (with VM joining) to the Milky Way.
