Yes, booklets from Longhouse abound, with rain buckets splashing over the brims all day yesterday, and the lovely reprieve from a week of being hothouse flowers, and this morning we have a green cord of rock maple firewood to stack up all before breakfast. Everything green or wet! The Longhouse booklets slippery between the fingers, too, that new. And we're about to showcase more.
Around all this, almost impossible to ignore: a weekend of World Cup. We hated to see Uruguay go. Something magnificent showed in their losing.
