Bob,

Quite a box of chocolates you've offered up with some real surprises. Spend some fireside time with your sweetheart.

stay close,

Mike,

16 inches of new snow and that means over everything: every roof, every path, every long driveway, every lamppost, every basketball hoop, every porch deck, every vehicle, every person if they were unlucky enough to be working outdoors all night. Now imagine snow piles 5 to 6 feet high if you've been doing nothing but hand shoveling all winter and now have to move this 16 inches up and over the snow piles. Susan's using a plastic sled to move her snow loads. Across the road, over the river bank. Smart cookie. We're all open as of breakfast. Now the roofs and paths all afternoon. Will there be time to listen to music? I think I'll leave it on through tomorrow.
Love the one you're with. And as ever, thanks for chiming in.

all's well, Bob

P.S.

Oh, by the way — Susan loves turtles. Raised them as a child in Virginia and California. Even took them with her on airplane rides as a solo passenger — Henry Oscar and Henrietta — at the age of 8 until college age, where they resided with Susan in Santa Barbara. No snow.
